Chinese student club complete in CQWW DX SSB Contest

YinZhou Middle School Amateur Radio Club Station,located in NingBo City, Zhejiang Province, will be active as BY5CD during the CQWW DX SSB Contest (27-28 October) as a Multi-Op/All-Band entry.

The station will consists of 2x Yaesu FT-2000 with stacked antennas for 40m and above. They also have 80m 4 SQ, 160m full size Slope with Beverage, and will use legal limit power.

QSL via BD4HF, direct or by the Bureau (may take a long time!).

OM and YL operators mentioned are Jack BA4ALC, Ding BA7MG, Bai BH1DYK, Wei BD1QXU, BG4AHK, Chen BA7NO, Jordan BA7MY, Mark BD4FM, Esa OH7WV, Takao JE2LPC, Fan BA1RB, Lu BA5FB, Bojan BA5BJ, Robin Le BD5CHU and Chenxing BD4HF.

German needed for Madeira contest team

German amateur radio operators from the RRDXA will be active once again as CR3L during the CQWW DX RTTY Contest (29-30th September 2012) as a multi-entry.

This team has won the 2009, 2010 and 2011 competition from their QTH in Santana (Northern part of the island).

The crew is still looking for one or more good contest operators on this mode. The length of stay on Madeira is one week. Communication: English and German languages.
