Final Leg of the Wednesday 80 m Club Sprint

The sixth Wednesday 80 m Club Sprint takes place from 17:00 to 18:00 UTC on Wednesday 18th November 2020, with phone and CW activity.

The exchange is an RS or RST report and your 4-character grid square. You earn 2 points for each QSO and 2 points for each new grid square worked.

FMH Portable Operations Challenge allows 'Patio Portable'

While considering the fact that amateurs in several parts of the world find themselves in lock-down for COVID-19, the steering committee of the upcoming international Fox Mike Hotel Portable Operations Challenge on October 3rd & 4th wish to make it clear that operation as a portable station from your backyard, garden or indeed patio, using the equipment that you would otherwise have taken portable for the challenge, is allowed and will be included in the portable station classification of the contest.

No existing home radio infrastructure may be used - so the operator will need to set up the equipment he or she would have been using portable in a park, on a mountain or wherever, in their garden, on their patio etc. during the challenge weekend and may not attach it to in-place home antenna systems.
