Galapagos Islands DXpedition

The 7163 Group have announced the 'Protect the Galapagos Islands Wildlife DXpedition to Isabela Island (SA-004).

The group will be active as HD8M from Isabela Island between 14-21st September 2017.

Activity is planned for operations on 160-6 meters using CW, SSB and the Digital modes (Primarily FT8).

The group operators include  Jim/WB2REM, Nancy/KG0YL, David/HC5DX, Ellis/N1MWJ and Mark/WY1G.

QSL via ClubLog's OQRS, direct to WB2REM (w/SASE) and via the Bureau through KG0YL. Upload will be made to LoTW and eQSL after the DXpedition.

The dates for the 2017 D-Star QSO Party have been announced and will take place from 22 to 24 September 2017.

T40HQ Certificates Available

Some 48 stations from Europe, North America, South America and Africa, worked Cuban Headquarter T40HQ station on all four bands (80, 40, 20 and 15 metre) during the IARU HF World Championship.

Qualifying stations can obtain a Special Certificate which is already available to download by clicking on their callsign.
