Colombian special event station 5K6RM will be active during the annual Feria (Fair) de Manizales on 5-12 January 2019.
Operations will be on 160-2 metres SSB, CW and digital modes. QSL via LoTW, eQSL, bureau, or direct.
Special event station GB2KW will be active on 1-28 January from near Inverness, Scotland using a variety of different vintage transceivers, transmitters and receivers manufactured by KW Electronics Ltd during the 1960s and 1970s. Logsearch on Club Log and QSL via LoTW only.
An amateur radio Kids Day that takes place Saturday 5th January 2019
The Lakeway Amateur Radio Club is one of many clubs that will be involved. Kids Day is designed to give on-the-air experience to young people and hopefully foster interest in getting a license of their own.
