South African 40 MHz (8m) ham radio contact

A landmark contact on the 8m band at 40.675Mhz has been recorded in South Africa between two ZS Stations.

The successful contact between Willem Badenhorst, ZS6WAB and Ian Roberts, ZS6BTE was recorded on Saturday 16th August 2015.

Willem ZS6WAB at operating his amateur / ham radio station from Polokwane used a FSK441, Ian, ZS6BTE operated from Johannesburg.
