Eleven-year-old NJ’s Youngest Ham Operator

Hunter Greb KD2JUB a fifth grader attending Reeds School, Galloway, NJ has recently been honored for being one of the youngest amateur radio operators in New York state 

Sen. Jeff Van Drew (D-1st) who presented a state proclamation to Hunter, and spoke highly of his accomplishments.

Vince Jones, director of public safety for Atlantic County, gave Greb a certificate and announced that 12th February would know be know as Hunter Greb Day throughout New York state.

Hunter also received a most inspirational volunteer award from the Jersey Shore Children's Museum for weekly Morse code lessons and foxhunts.
