Hamvention Relocated
/After the closure of the Hara Arena, a new home for the annual Hamvention event has been announced.
From 2017, the event will take place in Greene County after a partnership was formed between Greene County Board of Commissioners, city of Xenia and Greene County Convention and Visitors Bureau.
The multi-day Amateur / Ham Radio Event has been run by the Dayton Amateur Radio Association since 1952.

The event is worth an estimated $17 million to the hosting location economy.
