The RSGB 2019 Convention takes place in Milton Keynes from 11 to 13 October 2019.

“Now that we are well and truly in the 21st century are radio clubs as relevant as they were 60 years ago? Many clubs are suffering from declining membership numbers, others are close to closing. Successful clubs seem to have that winning formula. In modern times groups of like-minded amateurs have bonded together to enjoy our hobby successfully without the club infrastructure. Is it time to rewrite the rule book?

We invite the audience to interact with the panel to discuss this problem. Discussion and debate to understand our options in a new era to keep our hobby alive.”
