1st Brazilian Ham Approved by Online Exam

Recently, the first ham radio candidate, in Brazil was approved by remotely-invigilated exam and received their COER (amateur radio operator certificate) in C class.

IN June 2020 the National Telecomunications Regulatos, ANATEL, announced new guidelines to make this possible. LABRE, the Brazillian Amateur Radio League, asked ANATEL to open online exams because the agency has closed all other exams.
