As all Amateur / Ham Radio operators now, higher radio spectrum noise is a major concern.
The FCC have set-up an advisory group to report back to the FCC Technology Advisory Council (TAC) to investigate changes and trends in the radio spectrum noise floor, establish if there is an increase in noise, and if so, the extent of the problem.
Public comments, with evidence are welcome, and need to be made by 11th August 2016.
