The regulator, part of the Ministry of Communications is responsible for Frequency Spectrum Management, including licensing and caters for the need of Government and Private wireless users throughout India.

Free On-line Electrical Engineering Course

A new Massive Open On-line Course (MOOC) covering Analogue/Digital Electronics, AC/DC Circuits, Electro-mechanics and an introduction to C programming has been launched.

Liverpool University have been putting together the course which starts in September 2014, free registration is available now.
