Friedrichshafen Friday Afternoon Review

What an afternoon!! Our onsite team split up into two groups, with European Amateur Radio Correspondent Ed Durrant (DD5LP) securing interviews with OVSV, EURAO - European Radio Amateurs Organisation and the organiser of the World Team Championship 2018.

ICQ Amateur / Ham Radio Podcast Technical Editor Martin Butler (M1MRB / W9ICQ) spoke with manufacturers ICOM Europe, Yaesu, BHI, Hilberling and BHI. 

And the highlight of the show was talking to listeners, learning about their Amateur / Ham Radio enjoyment, and their show feedback.

We will be releasing a show on Sunday morning, with some of the interviews above. Within the interviews is a new feature announcement and news about a concept radio aimed to be a modern radio for the newer younger generation of ham radio enthusiasts,

Our team of Martin Butler (M1MRB / W9ICQ), Ed Durrent (DD5LP), Chris Howard (M0TCH), Martin Rothwell (M0SGL) and Colin Butler (M6BOY) are in attendance this morning, wearing orange (very Dutch) at the Ham Radio Friedrichshafen show.

We have attended the Official Opening of the show. The audio of the presentation is below, however the content is mainly German with some English translation.
