Radio Club Adds 100+ New Young Members

The Surrey Electronics and Amateur Radio Society based at the University of Surrey has signed up over 100 members in 2015

Digital Radio User Guidelines Event

The UKFMGW Repeater Group are staging a DRUG (Digital Radio User Guidelines) session on the morning of Saturday 7 November 2015

The session will take place at the Warrington Amateur Radio Club, Bellhouse Lane, Grappenhall, Warrington, WA4 2SG  (1 mile north of the Junction M6 & M56 motorways - follow A50 towards Warrington)

Expansion of 80m Radio Band in Thailand

During the October meeting of the  Radio Amateur Society of Thailand (RAST),  President (Jack) Jakkree announced that the national regulator, the NBTC are expected to announce an expansion in 80m from 3.5 - 3.54 MHz to 3.5 - 3.6 MHz, an increase of 60 kHz.
