We have been advised of courses taking place in 2014 suitable for newcomers to the Amateur / Ham Radio hobby

In Limerick, Ireland, a course to achieve the Amateur Station Licence will begin in January. The course will be held in Limerick City, and anyone from Region 4 (counties Clare, Kerry, Limerick & Tipperary) is welcome to attend.

In Northern England, the Chesterfield and North East Derbyshire Amateur Radio Society (M0OCT) has booked another Foundation Course and Exam at Staveley nr Chesterfield, Derbyshire on the Saturdays 8th, 15th and 22nd of February 2014.
