2019 SARL Blue Book
/The 2019 Contest Manual or Blue Book has been released and is available for download from Contest page on the SARL website.
Changes have been made to the General Rules, the YL Sprint, the Youth Sprint and the ZS3 Sprint; two new contests have been added, and small changes have been made to other contests.
