In all cases, the examination was carried out with the formalities required by this act and characterized by the solemnity and respect that has always been present.

The FRC hereby recognizes the serious and sustained work of the Radio Clubs and the Branches in the preparation of the candidates in the respective Academies and through the Radio Wheels that in many localities played an important role, with the aim of contributing to the preparation of those who took the exam.
