Stephen Purser, GW4SHF, RSGB Company Secretary has advised the Board that after more than two years in the role he wishes to step down in the spring. Stephen has been instrumental in updating the legal documents relating to the Society and regularly advising the Board where governance changes are necessary.

The RSGB are now looking to recruit an RSGB Member to this voluntary position.

The Company Secretary plays a key role in the Society’s governance and provides vital support in the running of Board meetings and the Annual General Meeting.
