The Saudi Amateur Radio Association announced a prize would be awarded for the first 50 MHz band voice contact starting Thursday 2nd April 2020 at 1:00 pm, Mecca time.
Amateurs in Saudi Arabia are limited to 50 watts on frequencies above 30 MHz. You can download the license documents in English from the following page, there is no need to login.
