MacLoggerDX Version 6.17 Released

Dog Park Software have announced the latest version 6.17 of MacLoggerDX has been released.

New in this release:

  • Added CW Keyer support for ICOM IC-7100, IC-7300, IC-7610.
  • Added Remove button to Change Selected Log Entries.
  • Added Check Location check box to VUCC Awards.
  • Added show all worked grids option to VUCC Awards.
  • Added Modes Worked and Confirmed columns to DXCC Awards.

  • Added N1MM UDP listener app to Extras.
  • Added support for more GS-232 rotor controller emulators.
  • Added Z60 Republic of Kosovo 522.
  • Added QSO_DATE_OFF and EMAIL ADIF tags
  • Show mapped modes in italics.
  • Preserve Confirmation ADIF files.
  • Increased LoTW, eQSL, QRZ, HRDLOG upload limit from 10 to 100.

  • Fixed Ten-Tec Omni VI driver bug.

Free REF Magazine

The French national amateur radio society REF has made the December 2017 issue of their magazine Radio-REF available as a free PDF.

In addition to the free downloadable copy the REF has made an additional thirteen thousand copies available for distribution to increase awareness of the hobby throughout France.

QSO Director

The QSO Director is a tool for hams developed by hams done for DXPedition, consist of a windows application that install on logging stations, bu also a public web site for dx chasers, a private web site for pilot and team members.

The QSO Director consists of three parts;

  • A small windows service that you will install on all your log computers
  • A public web site that we set up for you, this is used by all DX chasers who wants to make sure that the QSO made it in to your log.
  • A private web site, only for you, your pilot and your team members, here you will be able to see some simple statistics and you can also update the message currently displayed on the public site.
