Amateur Radio Operators in Isreal have had access to 8 three kilohertz-wide channels at 5 MHz for experimental purposes, which were valid until mid March 204.
However, it is now possible for local amateur/ham radio operators to gain access on an annual renewable basis from April each year.
Operation is on a secondary status with a maximum power of 100W PEP measured at the TX (not EIRP). All modes are available, but on specified channels. Split operation is not allowed.
